Come up with a menu of what your family typically eats for dinner for one week. Divide your food items in your menu into categories (dairy, veggies, fruits, meats/poultry, grains). Cross out any foods that are bee pollinated (keep in mind the animal products you consume-what do they eat?) Once you have subtracted all the bee pollinated food items, come up with a new menu.
